Overview
Developer Relations work is easy to do and hard to account for. A quarter goes
by full of talks, workshops, blog posts, office hours, and conference travel,
and at the end of it someone asks where the time went and the honest answer is
a shrug and a calendar export.
DevRel Planner was my attempt to answer that question with something better
than a shrug. It lets a team log activities against workstreams, allocate
planned time up front, and then compare that plan against what actually
happened. The time-allocation views are the part I used most: a breakdown of
days spent per workstream, next to the split that was agreed on at the start of
the quarter.
Status
This one is internal and not publicly available. The screenshot on this page is
